Our goal at Sierra View Junior Academy is to Know Him, Love Him and Share Him. Each day we strive to help our student’s know and love Jesus. Then as an outpouring of that love to share Him with others.
KNOW HIM
In John 17:3 Jesus prays to the Father “And this is the way to have eternal life – to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth.” Let’s follow Jesus’ example and get to know our Heavenly Father because He loves us so much.
LOVE HIM
Jesus tells a group of people, in Matthew 22:37, who asked Him which commandment was the most important, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.” He is so wonderful and has done so much for us, forgiving our sins, dying on the cross for our salvation, loving us unconditionally, that it’s easy to love and appreciate Him.
SHARE HIM
While Jesus was here on Earth, he showed us how to live and was a perfect example to us. He spent time in prayer and showed love to the “un-loveable” people of His day. But He tells us specifically to share the good news with others. In Mark 16: 15 Jesus says, “Go into all the world and preach [share] the Good News to [with] everyone.” His love and salvation is such fantastic news, let’s share that with anyone we know.
