Financial Aid

Sierra View Junior Academy has a limited financial aid program that serves to make an excellent education available to students of all socio-economic backgrounds and provides the school with a well qualified and diverse student body.

In order to apply for Financial Aid, the student needs to first apply and be accepted as a student at Sierra View Junior Academy.  The application/registration form can be found by clicking here.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Sierra View Junior Academy for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by July 1, 2017.  Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4956R .

If you are a returning family you can use your existing FACTS log-in information.  If you are a new family you will need to set up an account in the FACTS system.  Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  1. Copies of your most recent Federal Tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  2. Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  3. Copies of supporting documentation of Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to (866) 315-9264 or mailed to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
